Hell's Kitchen

So, you thought that my crazy Friday night only included me making sticky buns, huh? Oh but NO, when I want to drive myself insane I really go all out. In addition to make the buns, my husband also wanted me to try my hand out CREME BRULE.

After the cream was done, it was pour into ceramic dishes, and given a water bath in the oven (at 300 degrees for 40 minutes). Then it was time to BURN...
